Big Clean up, garden and decluttr day (date revised)

Dear everyone,

This is a big month for us and the community.  Please note that we are working under TEAM (together everyone achieves more).  It is going to take all of us to make change and a better city.

Please respond right away if you are planning to attend the 19th of May for big clean up, garden day, and decluttr.  we will divide the group up for neighborhood clean up and allow those who would like to decluttr cd's dvd's and video game disks and consoles to the 3879 N. Port Washington Ave.

At the same time, please pay attention to the attached flyers.  After the big clean up (cleaning up the neighborhood in groups) there is going to be a big after clean up party.  (plan still same date is now May 19th due to weather predictions).

In order to make sure  that there are enough tshirts and food for all participants, we ask that you respond immediately so we can place the order.

Even if you read these late, we ask that you turn in your availability to participate as all help is needed and we have plenty of blocks to clean.  We would like to assign at least 5-7 people in groups with  a group leader.  The garden group will have that area and a few vacant lands to attend to.

please respond so that we have a more accurate count and which block you will volunteer.  If you would like to lead a group please let us know the street you will work.  We would love two leaders per block, especially the long ones.

Thanking you in advance,

Samuel Sims
