The meeting for the Harambee 5 point Charette for February 7, at Hope High School has been postponed for later in February. A new date will be proposed and a new flyer will be generated.

On a separate note: please remember to attend Crime and Safety meeting 5:30pm tonight MLK library bring a pen pencil and paper. if you cannot speak with an officer, at least write your concern and turn it in.

Two Development meetings

Two meetings where you and your representatives need to be. If you are a resident, landlord, business, young person looking to move in the 5points neighborhood areas...come put your hat in to serve on the board, hear who is running and decide who will run and find out what the NID is proposing to do. At the same time if you live in the 5 Points Neighborhood and surrounding areas give our opinion and insight. Find out what's going on and let the group there who gathered the charette and Alderwoman know our thoughts. Be respectful but share your thought, observations, etc......

All passing through and own property or even want to contribute ideas are welcomed.

This seminar will bring home to you the impact of the new tax laws from a professional expert Kathleen Sinclair from HR Block. The Tax Seminar will address individuals, families, children, businesses, and much more. We will then discuss and plan how to make neighborhood improvement and cohesive activities, events, and other seminars to develop financial, physical, psychological wellness and safety as well as build neighborhood cohesiveness through these presentations and planning. Please respond if you are coming by commenting or calling 414-364-8677 so that we provide adequate supplies. Additional financial discussion regarding the NID and neighborhood improvement.
