Need Money for college: join the introductory session on Feb 9th at 5:30pm.
This course is sponsored by CCHD, 5PNA and SheEdits. This is the first of scholarships as your attendance and registration is a $59 a month value. The limit is 100 individuals. Families with more than one person are counted as one registration. Send your information right away. Attend the session and decide. Your sessions are sponsored but using them is a requirement. Thank you to all who attended 69 jars were completed and another 75 donated bringing the total to 1100 jar collected. Continue bringing them 3000 is our goal and we will continue until reached.
The jars are beautiful and much appreciated by all who have received them thus far.
Looking forward to the next event.

Got empty glass jars? Turn them into art to gift to senior citizens, veterans and people with disabilities. The 5 Points Neighborhood Association along with other community partners aim to complete 3000 art glass jars to donate to those individuals who may feel forgotten. As part of King Day celebrations, the group invites residents to bring cleaned glass jars with lids and labels removed to be painted and decorated and filled with inspirational messages for their “Art on Jars” event on Mon. Jan. 16, from noon – 3 p.m. at 3879 N Port Washington Ave.. Sizes of the jars can vary. Covid -19 protocols will be followed. Registration is required, click here. Donation
